I’m receiving: No access to record? How do you fix this?

    I clicked on the link and "Reset License Files" and tried using Google Chrome and Safari.  I am still getting the "No access to record" message.  Any other suggestions?

    Hi Ben! Thanks for letting us know. We found and fixed the issue last night and you should be back to normal with full browser recording again now.
