You may be running into a browser cache issue. To get the templates back, you will need to clear the cache of your browser.
Here’s how to do it in Internet Explorer
- Go to the tools menu in Internet Explorer and choose “Delete Browsing History”.
- When the window comes up, select only the top 3 entries, then hit the delete button to remove them.
- Close out of ALL internet windows, then open a new one
- Log back into Edge and your templates should be available for selection on the products.
