The Click 2 Call (C2C) feature is there primarily for a lead capture. When a client clicks on the C2C button, the system will place a call to you. If you pick up the call, it will say: Hello, this is Mortgage Coach, we have xxx on the line, do you accept? Either say yes (1) or no (2). Yes, you speak with the person and you are charged 1 credit. If No is the response, then the system will return a message to them stating you’re unavailable and provides them with a scheduler to fill out a date/time when they are available for a call. The C2C feature works similar to Skype – where the computer will generate the call to a land-line or cell phone.
Where the lead capture comes into play is when one of your reports gets forwarded from your client to another person they know. If this person decides to give you a call, you would have then captured their data.
In EDGE, go into your Settings tab and at the far Right, you’ll see a tab: Click-2-call. If you click on this tab, you’ll see how this screen works. It asks if you would like to use your office or Cell number (the number located in your Contact Info tab) This screen also tells you how many credits you have and how many you have used. Also, the data below will show you the data from the call. If you connected or not, date/time, name, phone number, email, requested time and the duration of the call.
We provide you three credits to try this feature. Primarily, if you connect with your client, it is to setup a time to speak with them at a later time.
Go ahead and try this with one of your reports. Click on the phone button on the report and either let the call go to vm or pick up the call and hear the message – answer as a No (2) so you won’t get charged a credit. (one of the free credits you have) You then can hear the message as well as see the data that is collected in the Click-2-Call tab.
