We had a system issue causing some intermittent login issues over the last 48 hours. As part of our troubleshooting, we added more resources to the affected service to help give us time to find the true cause of the problem. This did temporarily fix the issue, but the problem resurfaced again periodically throughout the day today.
After exhaustive research and logging, we were able to identify the issue being a circular reference in the debts calculation in the Debt Consolidation module. We uploaded a patch this afternoon at approximately 2 pm PST, which remedied the issue and the platform is working at peak efficiency again.
At 4 pm PST, we found that there was an issue resolving images on the presentations as a result of the service changes we applied to fix the login issue. We were able to quickly resolve this and all services and images are now back to normal.
